Established by the Clark Family in 2012, 1st Choice Properties is an independent, family owned and operated real estate brokerage serving the Delaware and Maryland coastal communities. Their first experience in real estate began in 2002 when they decided to dive head first into rental investments to save for their children's college education. They began by purchasing a duplex in 2002 and successfully managed to grow their real estate investments to 12 rental units. Abby Clark was an elementary school teacher and Trevor managed several corporate training teams. It was through years of enjoying management experiences of these properties and their love for the beach that made the Clark family decide to move to Bethany Beach and combine their two passions.
